Terms and Conditions


Delivery

Your order will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail first class post within 24 hours except after 3pm on Friday or during Saturday when orders will be sent out the following Monday.

Our mail order service is available for UK addresses only.

 
Payment

At present we accept payment by credit card or debit card over the phone 01887 822727, 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday with your card details.

No credit / debit card information will be stored according to the Data Protection Act

Returns

In the case of damages please contact us as soon as possible or within seven working days.

Food Allergies

All chocolates / chocolate products are produced where nuts / traces maybe present, and therefore are not suitable for anybody who suffers from a nut allergy. Allergens - Nuts, soya, milk, alcohol.


Website content

We do our best to make sure that all product information is accurate and up to date. We manage our website regularly and withdraw items that are currently out of stock.

The actual products shown on our website may vary in colour to those in photographs shown which have been altered to optimize their appearance on our website, the form of the chocolates is however a good representation although slight variations may occur.

We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control or guarantee the availability of any item.

Contract for sale

By placing an order over the telephone you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. It does not indicate that a contract exists. We have included this term to protect us in case of an inadvertent inaccuracy or error in pricing or description.

Should any error come to light or an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If you choose this option, any payment made by you will be refunded in full.

If you wish to place an order for an item which is temporarily out of stock we will check availability, price and delivery time and inform you by email or telephone. Acceptance of these terms and conditions must be confirmed by you verbally or in a reply to the email if you wish to proceed with the order.

Pricing and Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in this currency.

At the end of the your telephone order you will be informed of the final amount and asked to confirm your order before it is finalized and payment is processed.
 
Delivery

Stock items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of a contract being confirmed by us.

Where an item is not currently in stock we will agree the delivery time with you before the contract is confirmed.

Delivery within the UK for items with a total value of less than £30 will be made by first class post.

Delivery within the UK for items with a total value of £30 to £100 will be made by recorded delivery post.

Delivery within the UK for items with a total value in excess of £100 will be made by special delivery.

Postage and packaging costs will vary according to the goods the purchased, for individual collection boxes the postage and packaging cost is £2.95.

Deliveries will only be made to UK credit/debit card billing addresses.

Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled by you within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods.

To cancel an order, please contact us by email or letter headed ‘Order Cancellation’ as the subject. The goods must be returned in the original presentation box within 7 working days after the day of receipt, in original condition and with all paperwork relating to the sale. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full to your credit/debit card. This does not include the cost of postage incurred by the sender.

If the cancelled order is in respect of a gift, the refund can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods.

Any chocolate(s) or presentation packaging found to be faulty within 30 days after the day of receipt can be returned for repair or replacement as appropriate or a full refund, as required by you. This guarantee specifically excludes any fault caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

This does not affect any statutory rights you have.

Privacy

Any personal information that you provide will only be kept by us for the purpose of processing your order and we will not disclose this information to any third party.  Your personal details will only be held for a longer period of time with your permission should you wish to be added to our customer contact list.

Your credit or debit card information will not be stored by us.
