Situated in Aberfeldy in beautiful Highland Perthshire, Chocolat opened in January 2007 run by Trish and Adrain Sanders.

Chocolat came about following a life long appreciation of chocolate and a visit to several Belguim chocolate shops. Trish went on a course at Slattery's patisserie to learn the basics of making chocolates. Chocolates were them produced on the kichen table for friends and family.
